Fantastic! The app functions flawlessly, and the support team is super quick to get back to you. One time, I accidentally forgot to check in, and they reached out with a text and then gave me a call.

This app is just plain awful with its unnecessary alerts. One night, I was deep in sleep when my doorbell went off. Turns out, it was EMS that the Snug Safety team had sent out, and I hadn’t even called for help! They didn’t even bother to reach out to my emergency contacts first, despite me being on the paid plan.

Then it happened again. I was out and about, my phone tucked away in my purse, when I got a call from Snug Safety claiming I had requested assistance. But I hadn’t contacted them at all! If I hadn’t been able to answer, EMS would’ve likely forced their way into my home, thinking I was in trouble.

Naturally, I reached out to their customer service and shot off some emails, but all I got back was "we have no record of this." They’ve ignored my follow-ups too.

I’m definitely planning to ditch this unreliable service. I don’t want surprise EMS visits to my place for no good reason.

I have a feeling this company is running on a shoestring budget, maybe even just a couple of folks. They seem to have tech issues they can’t fix, so they just brush off calls and emails.

Sending an email? Yeah, that’ll probably be overlooked too! It’s hard to believe a company can create such a fantastic product and then mess it all up with terrible customer service.

I really dig Snug! As a solo 'experienced' woman, it provides me with an added sense of comfort and structure that eases the minds of my family and pals—most of whom are quite a distance away—since they can relax knowing I’m doing alright when I touch base every day with Snug.

Even though I'm just getting started with this app, I'm really enjoying how it operates. One thing I'd love to see added is the ability to check in multiple times a day, which I've heard they're looking into. Right now, I'm using the free version, but I'm thinking about signing up for the subscription down the line.

Eventually, I received an email stating that there was no one available to assist me at the moment! It's really puzzling. How can a service that claims to check in daily not send any messages? And why is there no one to discuss my concerns with? I came across a bunch of positive reviews, but now I'm starting to question if they’re all just made up.

At 53, I'm doing alright health-wise, but I tend to keep to myself and have two dogs for company. It really puts my mind at ease to have someone looking out for me without needing to trouble my neighbors, family, or friends.

This nearly matched my vision of an excellent app. It provides a crucial service for older folks like me who are living solo and want to inform others that I'm doing fine. The sole reason I didn't rate it five stars is that I wish I could toggle it on and off directly from the app. If that adjustment happens, I'd definitely give it five stars and suggest it to all.

A while back, I missed my check-in time because I was outside and my phone was charging inside. Snug reached out to my daughters, and when they couldn't get a hold of me, they even contacted the police. An officer showed up at my place to check on me. Luckily, by that time, my daughters had managed to get in touch, so I understood why the officer was at my door. I explained everything, apologized, and thanked him for his help. I was really impressed with how quickly Snug responded, and I’m super grateful they’re looking out for me. Snug offers an excellent service, and it gives me peace of mind knowing they’ll be there if I ever need help. Thanks a bunch, everyone!
